The ability of a muscle to repeatedly exert force against resistance

What is changing in the body?

The body is learning to utilize more fat as fuel. Capillary density is increased to deliver fuel faster to the muscles. Mitochondria are increasing in the cell to burn more calories.

Load: 45 - 60% of max 

Training consists of higher reps and lower weight
