When we start with surrender we start from a place of victory. Choosing to pray the surrender prayer invites God to release us from striving and empowers us to step into his rhythms of grace. This unlocks our ability to create lasting transformation.

STRATEGY

The RMS Resilience Strategy is formulated to: restore our environment, strengthen us through training, and mobilize us into action. Our three training programs for the mind, body and spirit are uniquely designed to maximize health.

Monitoring progress is essential in tracking growth and determining next steps. Monthly assessments are needed to help us reflect if our actions are aligning with our intentions.

THE ABILITY TO BOUNCE BACK AFTER DIFFICULTY, TO GET UP AFTER FALLING DOWN.   

WHY DOES IT MATTER?

IT IS OUR PSYCHOLOGICAL IMMUNE SYSTEM. WE CANNOT AVOID GETTING SICK, BUT RESILIENCE DETERMINES HOW QUICKLY WE RECOVER.

RMS RESILIENCY STRATEGY

When we are operating near empty we have a smaller capacity to adapt to stressors. RMS Resilience leads us to restore in non stressful times so that we are filled up with a high capacity for growth. 

RMS training is designed to dose in the ideal stressors to maximally adapt the system to build strength without causing burnout. 

The goal of RMS Resilience is to take our work out of the controlled environment of training and restoration and mobilize it into everyday life.

Thank you for granting me freedom to draw close to you with no veil, enabling me to reflect your glory. Transfigure me into your very image by your grace as you continually renew my mind, transform by body, and restore my spirit.”

What is it?

The ability to bounce back after difficulty, to get up after falling down.

Resilience is directly connected to sustained happiness. the strategies for cultivating resilience are almost identical to those for cultivating positive emotions such as, joy, peace, and happiness.
