Hi! I'm Ariel.

A health and fitness coach on a mission to help high performers discover holistic health without the hustle.

I was a professional dancer that spent every week at the chiro, physio, or manual therapist desperately trying to get to the root cause of my injuries.

What is the time commitment each day? In your one-on-one coaching session, you and your coach will determine the best plan for your individual needs and schedule. On average, the daily commitment will be between 20 and 40 minutes. However, if you have multiple areas of concern or you want to get more out of the program, there is always opportunity to do more!

Will this work for me if I am brand new to fitness? Absolutely! There’s no better starting point for your fitness journey than this. By enhancing your range of motion and subsequently strengthening your entire range, you’ll lay the groundwork for a pain-free and fluid movement experience. While this training is challenging, it is highly adaptable to suit any level of fitness, from the complete beginner to the elite athlete. Remember, mobility training is the cornerstone of all movement!

How does this program differ from yoga? Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) is a specialized form of strength training that targets the joints, connective tissues, and muscles across their full range of motion. Unlike yoga, which often doesn’t provide sufficient load to strengthen the body significantly, FRC is grounded in the principle of progressive overload, a key component of traditional strength training. While conventional strength training can neglect the extremities of our range of motion, leaving us more prone to stiffness and injuries, FRC addresses these gaps. Yoga, with its holistic approach to wellness, offers tremendous benefits for the mind, body, and spirit but may fall short in fostering the resilience and tension release so many are after. Fortunately, many yogis have discovered substantial enhancements to their practice through FRC, finding it particularly effective in repairing injuries linked to excessive flexibility.

If I currently have a flared-up injury, should I join? If you are dealing with a new injury and haven't yet sought medical advice, making that your first step is crucial. Please note, our program is not designed to diagnose or treat injuries. However, if you are experiencing a minor flare-up of a recurring issue (such as shoulder stiffness or an achy knee), this program could be just what you need. We ask that you first obtain medical clearance from your doctor. Once you have that, please contact us at info@rmsmovement.com to discuss your specific situation in more detail. I have assisted numerous individuals in overcoming chronic pain, muscle imbalances, lingering injuries, and movement dysfunctions, helping them regain freedom in their movements. As mentioned, we start with a detailed joint-by-joint assessment to ensure we are addressing any dysfunctions and guiding your recovery process effectively!

Can I do this while lifting weights and doing cardio? Absolutely, yes! Mobility training is designed to complement your other training activities. However, the Mobility Mastery Coaching Program is specifically structured as an intensive 30-day regimen for two key reasons: 1. Demand on Your Body: Mobility training adopts the same principles as strength training. To achieve significant improvements in your mobility, focused and progressively overloaded programming is essential for targeting specific tissues or joints. This can be physically demanding, and you may experience soreness, particularly in the initial days. Adequate recovery is crucial to reap the full benefits of the program. 2. Demand on Your Schedule: Typically, we excel at developing one new habit at a time. If you're already engaged in a consistent training routine, integrating mobility training should be manageable. However, depending on your current schedule, some adjustments might be necessary to accommodate this new element. If you are new to exercise, I recommend dedicating your full attention to mobility training during this 30-day period. We can evaluate and plan your next steps after completing the program. Your overall training volume, including additional strength and cardio exercises, will be discussed during the discovery session with your coach to ensure the training load is appropriate for your needs.

What type of support can I get throughout the program? Alongside our weekly private coaching calls, you will have access to our exclusive group forum. This platform allows you to ask questions, exchange encouragement, and celebrate your achievements with others. It's a truly valuable and special part of the program!

Can I do this from home and what equipment is required? Absolutely! This program is versatile and can be carried out in any setting—whether it's the comfort of your home, a local park, or a gym. The essential equipment you'll need is minimal: just two yoga blocks. At certain points in the program, I do recommend using a light dumbbell (between 1-4 pounds) or a tennis ball, so it's ideal to have these items accessible as well!

Will I definitely be pain-free after 30 days? As with any fitness program, the results you achieve will largely depend on the effort you put in! It's important to note that in fitness, results can never be guaranteed as they vary greatly between individuals and depend on numerous factors. However, I promise to equip you with all the tools necessary for significant success! Remember, Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither was the body you’ve been living in for 30+ years. Posture and movement dysfunctions arise from a mix of structural issues, injuries, and lifestyle factors. I am confident that if you consistently follow the 30-day program and adhere to the tailored advice from your coach, you will see remarkable improvements and be well on your way to moving with greater freedom!
