This four month, progressive training program is designed to increase strength, sculpt lean muscle, and build definition you're proud to show off.
You'll focus on specific muscle groups across each week to drive growth, build power, and shape your body with intention. Finally create the strong arms, lifted glutes, and lean, athletic look you've been dreaming of.
Every workout is supported by clear instructional video guidance so you can train with confidence, refine your technique, and keep progressing week after week.
You'll combine progressive strength training, targeted hypertrophy work, and supportive mobility to build a body that feels as good as it looks.

With 15 years of experience coaching executives and high performers in New York City and Sydney, Ariel blends functional strength, mobility science, and holistic health coaching to help busy professionals build bodies that feel strong, capable, and resilient.
Her background as a professional dancer and FRC mobility specialist gives her training a unique edge. Every program she creates supports strength without stiffness, mobility without weakness, and progress without burnout.
